By exact aggregate seconds; phone calls under 10 seconds are not charged. Basic includes 500 phone minutes and then costs €0.24 per minute. Business includes 1,250 and then costs €0.22. Enterprise includes 2,500 and then costs €0.21. Website voice is €0.19 per minute on Basic and Business; Enterprise includes 500 minutes and then costs €0.15.
Regular customer-service chat on your website is included in the monthly price. Automated bulk queries, load testing or use for unrelated purposes are not included.
Yes. Forward your existing number to your included tellmachines number — always, when busy or after a few rings. See the FAQ for details.
No. tellmachines runs entirely in the cloud. Your phone system only needs to forward calls; nothing is installed on your premises.
All prices are net prices for businesses, plus statutory VAT. You choose EUR or USD at checkout; the base plan, add-ons and usage are then billed consistently in that currency.
