2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG (Espelkamp, Germany). When you visit the site, the server necessarily processes your IP address, date and time of access, the requested page and your browser's user agent (server logs). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site securely). Logs are deleted automatically after a short period.

3. Cookies

This website sets no tracking or analytics cookies. If you explicitly switch the website language, a technically necessary preference cookie (tm_lang) stores that choice for one year so the website can remember your preferred language and avoid showing an inappropriate language suggestion. Pages with forms additionally set a technically necessary session cookie used solely to protect the form against abuse (CSRF protection); it expires when you close your browser (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; § 25(2) no. 2 German TDDDG).

4. Partner application form

If you apply as a Solutions Partner, we process the data you provide (company, name, email address, optionally phone, website, client base, message) to handle your application and contact you. The data is delivered to us by email and not stored in a database of this website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

5. Live demo (website analysis, test call, browser conversation)

Our demo is provided by our AI phone assistant platform (infodesk.tellmachines.com, hosted in Germany) and embedded into this website. The following data is processed:

• Website address: the publicly reachable website you enter is fetched and analyzed to train the demo agent (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Phone number: if you request a test call, the number you enter is used solely to place that call. Telephony is carried by our processor Telnyx Ireland Ltd.
• Conversation content: the AI conversation (on the phone or in the browser) is processed by OpenAI speech models. For the browser conversation, your browser establishes a direct, encrypted audio connection to OpenAI. We never record call audio; text transcripts and summaries are created to display the demo and assure quality, and are deleted after a short period.
• Email address after the demo: if you leave your email address after the demo, we set up your trial account and send you the access link (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Only if you additionally give explicit consent do we also use the address for marketing information (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw this consent at any time.

Processing by OpenAI may involve a transfer to the United States, based on standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Ansbach.
